SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Shipping is free on all orders within North America. Because our pieces are meticulously created by hand, and gemstones deliberately chosen for their beauty and uniqueness, pieces listed as made-to-order have a lead time of up to four weeks.  Should you require your jewelry sooner, please contact us, and we will gladly accommodate your request if possible. In stock items will have a processing time of up to five business days prior to shipment.

We offer flat rate shipping to international locations. All shipments are insured to their purchase price. Please note that there may be import duties and taxes charged by customs that you will be responsible for. Your local customs office can help you determine what will be due. The shipper will contact you once your shipments has cleared customs to collect any duties and taxes. While items are generally delivered by the expected date, please note that customs clearance into your country may cause additional delays.

STONE AND METAL SOURCES

Every measure has been taken to ensure all diamonds and colored stones are from conflict-free sources, and all metals ethically sourced, recycled when possible and sustainable. All stones are natural.  The antique diamonds used are genuine antique cuts, dating back to Georgian and Victorian eras.

NATURAL VARIATIONS

Because of the unique nature and rarity of our rustic or antique diamonds and colored stones, variations in color or size are expected, and part of the beauty of the pieces.  No two are exactly alike. If you would like more information about a piece you would like to order, or you have a specific request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn jewelry in its original condition within ten days of receipt, unless otherwise indicated. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us for authorization and shipping instructions. Custom jewelry and special orders are not eligible for return.

RESIZING

Rings that are resizable can be made to your size, with a fee of $75. The resizing process generally takes one week. Please note that resized rings are non-returnable. If you’d like to keep the option of a return open, you may order the ring to view in person, then send it back to us at a later date for resizing.

REPAIRS

We are happy to assist with repairs, finishing or alterations of pieces from our collections. Unfortunately we are unable to provide repairs for jewelry not purchased from us. Please contact us to make arrangements.

CARING FOR JEWELRY

Pieces are created with the utmost care and integrity, and are created with the intention that they will be worn often and cherished. Most pieces can be safely cleaned with mild soap, and a soft toothbrush. Pieces are made from precious metals and gems with various properties, and should always be treated with care. Please contact us if you would like more information for caring for jewelry with a specific gemstone.

WORKSHOP

All jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles, CA.  While there is currently no showroom, please contact us for additional photos or details about the jewelry.
